Product will not crack peel or blister even under severe weather conditions. Lanco ultra siliconizer is a 100 acrylic elastomeric roof sealer that has been silicone modified to provide a thick high performance water and weather resistant seal on most roof surfaces. When applied as directed it will provide a waterproof and weatherproof coating adhering tightly to any of the suggested surfaces and it will not crack or peel despite exposure to severe weather or wind driven rain. It has excellent energy savings properties due to its sun and heat reflectance.

It will significantly lower the interior temperature of the structure. Siliconizer elastomeric roof coating is a thick rubberized high performance and silicone modified elastomeric roof coating. Lanco siliconizer is a styrene acrylic silicone modified roof coating 100 elastomeric and ultra white. Ultra siliconizer is a premium high solids 100 acrylic roof coating modified with silicone that adheres tightly to most roofing substrates and provides a long lasting water and weatherproof seal.

This coating with 575 elongation is internally plasticized to retain its mechanical properties for many years.
